9.00 Tea or Coffee and a catch up

10.15 Programme, e.g. art, craft, cooking, speakers etc.

11.45 Lunch, costs $3.00, everyone helps prepare or tidy up

12.45 Afternoon outing. Centre closes.

Family and friends are welcome to visit or to offer support and involvement in activities.
